Presentation Details:

Agile is more than a way of delivering a product to customers faster.  It’s a mindset, a philosophy based on a set of values and principles.  The best Business Analysts in agile environments have several key characteristics in common that allow them to bring value to their teams and organizations.  In this session, we’ll explore the elements that make up the DNA of a great Agile Business Analyst, help you understand the impact of having (or not having) these traits, and find out what you can do if you or other team members don’t have these traits as part of their DNA.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand the mindset and key traits you need to become a great agile business analyst
  • Discover how combinations of traits will allow you to bring more value to your team and organization
  • Find out what you can do if you don’t have these agile characteristics as part of your DNA
