This session will provide you will the framework on how to create an elevator speech that you can use to explain what a Business Analyst does within your organization. This session will also provide you with a real example of a Business Analyst elevator speech to illustrate how you can demonstrate the value of a Business Analyst within your organization.

Speaker: Mark Rayha

Mark Rayha is a Senior Business Analyst with the CUNA Mutual Group and has been a Business Analyst for over 20 years in a variety of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals and transportation. Mark provides a variety of business analysis services to different business areas including Investments, Compliance, Legal, Digital Lending, Product, Finance and Corporate Branding & Marketing. Outside of work, he served 7 years on the Greater Madison IIBA Chapter Board of Directors with 4 of those 7 years as the Chapter President and is currently an Advisory Board member to the Chicago BA World Conference.
