2017 Meeting Presentations will be based on the BACCM – Business Analysis Core Competency Model:  Change, Need, Solution, Stakeholder, Value, and Context.  This month’s presentation is focused on STAKEHOLDER.

Explore what it means to be a part of and build a high-performing team – that is a team that effectively accomplishes its goals and consistently shows high levels of collaboration and cohesion. Additionally, gain a heightened understanding of the task and process functions that occur in healthy teams. When applied, the tools and principles learned in this session will lead to positive team dynamics, greater productivity, stronger business relationships, and higher levels of trust.

As we have done in past November meetings, we will be having a raffle of various prizes.   Tickets can be earned in the following ways with donations going to the Hunger Task Force:

• 1 ticket for attending meeting
• 1 ticket for being a chapter member
• 1 ticket for bringing 3 or more food items
• 1 ticket for a donation of $5 or more.
