Have you ever looked around and thought what am I doing here? Is this really the role for me? Why don’t people see me the way I see myself? This talk will be around External rebranding vs Internal rebranding. External rebranding is when you are looking at your current skills and determining a new career step for yourself (example: QA to BA). Internal rebranding is when you are looking to stay in your current role, but you need to determine a way to rebrand yourself with your peers and leaders (example: changing the perception that you are “fun” into you are “leadership material”).

SPECIAL ELECTION REMINDER: Our September elections created a vacancy in the 2020 Chapter Board - VP of Membership. As such, at our November meeting, we will be having an election for a one-year term for the VP of Membership. If you are interested in this role, please contact info@wisconsin.iiba.org more information. In the event an existing board member runs and is elected, we would immediately have a second election to fill that vacancy to ensure a full Chapter Board as of 1/1/2020. In the event that no one is interested in any vacancy, the Chapter Board will operate as is until the vacancy can be filled, until a volunteer comes forward to assist, or until the next Chapter elections in 2020.
