Greetings Southeast Wisconsin IIBA Chapter Members,
The SEWI Chapter Board is very excited to announce and invite you to our first in-person meeting of 2023! While this meeting will have a hybrid option available, we are hoping to see all of you that can make it out to meet, network, enjoy a meal, and learn how to Defeat the Meeting Super Villains from our special guest Dave Saboe. Presentation Title: Defeat the Meeting Super Villains
Abstract:
In the United States alone, there are approximately 11 million business meetings every day and ineffective or unnecessary meetings cost organizations $37 billion every year. These organizations need a hero . . . a Superhero to rescue them from the meeting Super Villains that lurk in the hallways, in meeting rooms, and on conference calls. These evil-doers use their superpowers to destroy collaboration and delay projects. You can be the Superhero that thwarts these villains and brings value back to meetings. In this interactive session, you'll discover the tools and tactics that will help you to defeat these super villains and even turn them into allies.

Speaker Bio:
Dave Saboe is an Enterprise Agile Coach, podcaster, and author. He is passionate about helping individuals, teams, and organizations do the best work of their lives. Dave has been in the Business Analysis and Project Management field for over two decades and has led teams of Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and Coaches. He is a frequent industry speaker and helped create the IIBA’s Agile Analysis certification exam. Through coaching, mentoring, and his podcast, Mastering Business Analysis, Dave helps Business Analysts and Product Owners do the best work of their lives.
